Prevention

Prevention of Oral disease is our primary goal. Patients are given advice at their dental health checks on how to reduce the risks of decay development and gum disease.  This may include using other services at the practice such as hygiene services.

Children’s Dentistry

We want children to enjoy coming to the dentist from a young age.  We recommend visits before the age of 1 to get advice on diet, cleaning and reduction of decay development.

Fluoride is applied from the age of 3 and each child is assessed for fissure sealants if needed.

Your dentist will discuss this with you.
