Our mission Statement
At Verne Dental Centre, we value our patients and are dedicated and compassionate about their dental health. We strive to provide the best possible dental care and to build a practice that allows us to provide comprehensive care in a comfortable, pleasant setting. Each patient is treated with dignity, respect, kindness and understanding. We believe that good communication with patients is key and, to that end, we ensure that patients take an active role in both their own care and also the planned provision within the practice.
Patients’ views are respected and all treatment is fully explained, including the risks and benefits. Options are discussed, consent is gained and written treatment plans are offered to all patients who require follow-up treatment, including costs. When patients are not happy, we will try to manage their concerns in a timely fashion and resolve the concern as soon as possible.
We will strive to serve our community through preventive dentistry, educational programs and other outreach projects. It is important to us that our service meets our patients’ needs in a safe environment through up-to-date cross infection protocols. We will maintain highly qualified, motivated staff who show initiative in their work, concern for our patients and work together in a spirit of harmony and co-operation. We aim to have a practice that runs smoothly and efficiently. Above all, we want to provide a service that we would be proud and happy to receive.
